By using TalentOps, you agree to the following terms.
1. Service Description
TalentOps is a post-interview decision intelligence tool that analyzes interview data and provides hiring evaluations.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Obtaining required consent from candidates
- Ensuring lawful use of interview recordings and data
- Making final hiring decisions
TalentOps provides decision support, not hiring decisions.
3. Data Usage
Customers grant BeLike permission to process data solely for providing the TalentOps service.
4. Intellectual Property
- All platform software and systems are owned by BeLike.
- Customers retain ownership of their uploaded data.
5. Limitation of Liability
- TalentOps is provided “as is.”
- BeLike is not liable for hiring outcomes, employment decisions, or business results.
6. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation of these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India.
